How many expats are living in Singapore by 2012?

The latest data from the Department of Statistics in Singapore shows that, by mid year 2012, there was a total population of 5,312,400.

Also, it is estimated that 40% of the total population are foreigners, so it may be approximately more than 2 millions expats in currently living in Singapore.
